These terms describe use of the Artificial Idiots website, receptionist workspace, and connected scheduling features. Questions can be sent to info@artificialidiots.io.
Our services
Artificial Idiots develops Automated tools to help businesses handle enquiries, collect lead details, and manage follow-up. Available features depend on the installation and connected services. Appointment booking depends on each business’s connected calendar, approved booking rules and availability. A proposed appointment is not confirmed until the service confirms the booking.
Use the service only if you are authorized to do so and agree to these terms. A separately agreed service contract controls its commercial scope, pricing, support commitments, and any conflicting provisions.
Responsible use
Provide accurate information and use only accounts, calendars, mailboxes, and business information you are authorized to connect. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, impersonation, unsolicited abuse, or attempts to obtain someone else's credentials or private information.
Business operators are responsible for configuring accurate business facts, reviewing important Automated output, protecting their credentials, and providing appropriate notice and obtaining any consent required for collecting and processing caller information. Do not enter passwords, payment card details, or unnecessary sensitive information in a receptionist conversation.
Automated service limitations
Automated tools may misunderstand speech, omit details, or produce incorrect answers. Confirm important contact details, prices, and appointment arrangements with the relevant business. The service is not an emergency response service and does not provide professional medical, legal, or financial advice. In an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service directly.
Availability depends on the application, network, and connected providers. An installation running on a local computer requires that computer and its server to remain running. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, delivery of every message, or a particular business or revenue outcome.
Calendar authorization and bookings
You choose whether to authorize Google Calendar access. The application uses that access as explained in the Privacy Policy. You can revoke it through your Google Account.
A proposed time is not a completed booking. Treat an assessment as booked only when the application confirms that Google created or located the event. An invitation request does not guarantee email delivery. If the booking result is uncertain, check the existing request before choosing another time. Changes made independently in a calendar may affect availability.
For assessment changes or cancellations, use the options in your booking confirmation when available or contact info@artificialidiots.io. Revoking the Google connection does not cancel existing appointments.
Fees and third-party services
Paid work requires a separate agreement specifying the services and charges. Booking a free assessment does not create a paid subscription. Charges from your own Automated, hosting, email, or telephone providers are governed by your agreements with those providers.
Google, OpenAI, Hostinger, and other connected providers operate under their own terms. Connecting a provider does not imply that it endorses Artificial Idiots.
Information and ownership
You retain your rights in information you supply. You authorize its processing as necessary to provide the requested features, subject to the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having permission to supply information about other people.
Artificial Idiots retains its rights in its branding, website content, and software, except for third-party materials and rights otherwise granted in a separate agreement.
Stopping use and service changes
You may stop using the service and revoke connected account access. Deletion of existing records is a separate step described in the Privacy Policy. Features may change or become unavailable when integrations or service requirements change. Access may be restricted to address abuse, unauthorized access, or security problems.
Your legal rights and contact
These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any additional warranties, liability provisions, or support obligations for paid services belong in the applicable service agreement.
Updates to these terms will be posted here with a revised date. Material changes to an existing paid agreement will be handled under that agreement. Contact info@artificialidiots.io with questions before using the service.
