When your service starts
Your first month starts at checkout and includes setup support. Setup begins within 2 business days after we receive your completed onboarding information and required access. Our target is to be ready for launch within 5 business days after those prerequisites are complete.
Connections, provider approvals and your launch approval can affect timing. Customer delays do not automatically pause billing. Provider-caused delays beyond our target receive recurring-fee credits. See the full terms for details.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel future renewals at any time; service continues through the paid billing period. Setup and monthly fees are generally non-refundable, with the billing-error, non-delivery, provider-termination and legally required exceptions in our terms.
